There were so many cute ways to personalize it... it made the whole thing feel really special!

I ordered a small gift box for my friend and overall I was really happy with it for the price. The packaging was cute, adding photos was easy, and it didn’t feel overpriced. My friend loved it, which is what mattered most. I do wish the instructions were a bit clearer in a couple of spots, but aside from that, it was a great little gift.

I ordered this kind of last minute and wasn’t totally sure what to expect, especially since mailed gifts can sometimes look a little flimsy when they arrive. The packaging was neat, nothing was bent or messy, and the card actually looked clean and well printed. After looking it over, I realized the box itself felt really nice in person and not cheap at all. The little gift inside was good quality too, so overall I was pleasantly surprised by how nice the whole thing looked for a small gift.

My order shipped quickly and arrived exactly when it said it would. i was probably overthinking it since it was a gift, but everything went smoothly with no issues at all. Really appreciated that.

I really wanted to love this because it looked like such a fun gift online, but in person it didn’t quite have that “special surprise” feeling. My friend said the gesture was sweet, but the photos were smaller than I expected and the box looked a little bent when it arrived, so the overall presentation felt kind of underwhelming.
The snacks were basic too, so for the price, I’m not sure it felt totally worth it. If you’re thinking about ordering, I’d say it’s a cute idea for something casual, but maybe not the best pick if you want a polished gift. Hopefully they improve the packaging because the concept itself is nice

I had to send a couple of emails before I actually got a response, which was a little frustrating. Once they did get back to me, they were polite and handled the issue, so I can’t really complain too much. Still, I think it’s fair to expect a quicker reply when you’re reaching out for help. Overall, not a bad experience, just slower than it should’ve been.
